how to mass delete emails on gmail

Log into Your Gmail Account

Open your web browser and go to **gmail.com**. Enter your email address and password to log in.

Navigate to Your Inbox

Once logged in, click on **'Inbox'** from the left sidebar to view your emails.

Select Emails to Delete

At the top of your inbox, click the checkbox next to **'Select'**. To select all emails on the current page, click the checkbox at the top left. If you want to select all emails in the folder, after selecting the first page, click on the link that appears saying **'Select all conversations in Inbox'**.

Click on the Trash Icon

After selecting the emails, locate the **trash bin icon** (🗑️) at the top of the page. Click on it to delete the selected emails.

Confirm Deletion

A confirmation message may appear. Ensure you want to delete the emails, and if so, click **'OK'**. To permanently delete the emails, go to the **'Trash'** folder and click **'Empty Trash now'**.
