Who is eligible for the referral program?
Any registered Notta user is eligible to participate and refer others.
How does the 10% discount work?
The discount applies to the first 12 months if your referral subscribes monthly or to the first year for annual subscriptions. After that, the subscription renews at the standard price.
How much can I earn through referrals?
There’s no limit to the total amount you can earn. However, the maximum reward for a single referral is $1,000.
I have successfully referred new users. How do I get rewarded?
We support PayPal and Venmo.
Does my referral link expire?
No, your referral link stays active indefinitely, so you can keep sharing it whenever you want.
How many times can the discount be used?
The discount is applied once, when the workspace created during registration is upgraded. If the referred user creates a new workspace, the discount would not apply to that workspace.
What happens if my referral cancels their subscription?
If your referral cancels and re-subscribes, they would not be eligible for another discount from your referral link.
Why can't I see the referral option after upgrading to the Business plan?
Free and Pro users can access the referral option in three places: the sidebar, the floating bubble on the bottom right, and in "Refer & Earn" under Settings. However, Business plan users can only access it in "Settings," while Enterprise users have no access to the referral option.
