Here’s how you can add a Zoom meeting to your Google Calendar:
Step 1: Sign in to your account on Zoom.us. On the “Meetings” tab, click on ‘+ Schedule a Meeting’.
Step 2: Fill out the details for your meeting and click ‘Save.’
Step 3: Click ‘Google Calendar’ on the next screen.
Step 4: Click on your Google profile. Zoom will ask permission to access your Google account. Click ‘Continue.’
Step 5: Fill out the Google Calendar event and click ‘Save.’
You will then see your Zoom meeting on your calendar.

Zoom has created a plugin specifically for Google Workspace. It will allow you to schedule a Zoom meeting from inside Google Calendar.

Step 1: Go to the Zoom Scheduler extension page. Click 'Add to Chrome'.
Step 2: Click ‘Add extension’.
Step 3: Click ‘Extensions’ on your Chrome toolbar. Then click ‘Zoom Scheduler’.
Step 4: Sign in to your Zoom account.
Step 5: Click ‘Schedule a Meeting’.
Step 6: Set your options and click ‘Save and Continue’.
Step 7: Set options for the event, then click ‘Save’.
You will see the meeting scheduled on your calendar.
Google Calendar does not provide the integration to add Zoom natively. You must add a Zoom meeting using the Zoom web portal or Chrome extension. You can also use the Zoom for Google Workspace plugin.
You’ll have to sign in as an Admin for Google Workspace and follow these steps:
1. From the dashboard on Google Workspace, navigate to the Calendar app.
